Justin & Doug, I didn't see anything obviously wrong in Justin's output except that the component "/usr1/ldm/ldm-6.11.6" should be removed from the PATH environment variable because all LDM utilities should be located through the "bin/" symbolic link. This can't be the cause of the problem you're seeing, however. Doug, would you please send me the output from the commands: regutil ldmadmin config netstat -rn netstat -ant > Sure Steve: > *[ldm@vm-lnx-ncodfdev ~]$ regutil* > /delete-info-files : 0 > /hostname : vm-lnx-ncodfdev.ncep.noaa.gov > /insertion-check-interval : 300 > /reconciliation-mode : do nothing > /check-time/enabled : 1 > /check-time/limit : 10 > /check-time/warn-if-disabled : 1 > /check-time/ntpdate/command : /usr/sbin/ntpdate > /check-time/ntpdate/servers : ntp.ucsd.edu ntp1.cs.wisc.edu ntppub.tamu.edu > otc1.psu.edu timeserver.unidata.ucar.edu > /check-time/ntpdate/timeout : 5 > /metrics/count : 4 > /metrics/file : /usr1/ldm/var/logs/metrics.txt > /metrics/files : /usr1/ldm/var/logs/metrics.txt* > /metrics/netstat-command : /bin/netstat -A inet -t -n > /metrics/top-command : /usr/bin/top -b -n 1 > /log/count : 4 > /log/file : /usr1/ldm/var/logs/ldmd.log > /log/rotate : 1 > /pqsurf/config-path : /usr1/ldm/etc/pqsurf.conf > /pqsurf/datadir-path : /usr1/ldm/var/data > /scour/config-path : /usr1/ldm/etc/scour.conf > /surf-queue/path : /usr1/ldm/var/queues/pqsurf.pq > /surf-queue/size : 2M > /server/config-path : /usr1/ldm/etc/ldmd.conf > /server/ip-addr : 0.0.0.0 > /server/max-clients : 256 > /server/max-latency : 3600 > /server/port : 388 > /server/time-offset : 3600 > /queue/path : /usr1/ldm/var/queues/ldm.pq > /queue/size : 4G > /queue/slots : default > /pqact/config-path : /usr1/ldm/etc/pqact.conf > /pqact/datadir-path : /usr1/ldm/var/data > > > *[ldm@vm-lnx-ncodfdev ~]$ ldmadmin config* > > hostname: vm-lnx-ncodfdev.ncep.noaa.gov > os: Linux > release: 2.6.32-431.17.1.el6.x86_64 > ldmhome: /usr1/ldm > LDM version: 6.11.6 > PATH: > /usr1/ldm/ldm-6.11.6/bin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr1/ldm/bin > LDM conf file: /usr1/ldm/etc/ldmd.conf > pqact(1) conf file: /usr1/ldm/etc/pqact.conf > scour(1) conf file: /usr1/ldm/etc/scour.conf > product queue: /usr1/ldm/var/queues/ldm.pq > queue size: 4G bytes > queue slots: default > reconciliation mode: do nothing > pqsurf(1) path: /usr1/ldm/var/queues/pqsurf.pq > pqsurf(1) size: 2M > IP address: 0.0.0.0 > port: 388 > PID file: /usr1/ldm/ldmd.pid > Lock file: /usr1/ldm/.ldmadmin.lck > maximum clients: 256 > maximum latency: 3600 > time offset: 3600 > log file: /usr1/ldm/var/logs/ldmd.log > numlogs: 4 > log_rotate: 1 > netstat: /bin/netstat -A inet -t -n > top: /usr/bin/top -b -n 1 > metrics file: /usr1/ldm/var/logs/metrics.txt > metrics files: /usr1/ldm/var/logs/metrics.txt* > num_metrics: 4 > check time: 1 > delete info files: 0 > ntpdate(1): /usr/sbin/ntpdate > ntpdate(1) timeout: 5 > time servers: ntp.ucsd.edu ntp1.cs.wisc.edu ntppub.tamu.edu > otc1.psu.edu timeserver.unidata.ucar.edu > time-offset limit: 10 > > *[ldm@vm-lnx-ncodfdev ~]$ grep -i ^request $HOME/etc/ldmd.conf | grep > -i srh-ls-cpnrs2.srh.noaa.gov > REQUEST EXP ".*" srh-ls-cpnrs2.srh.noaa.gov > > Thanks for helping us with this! > > Justin Regards, Steve Emmerson Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: NDJ-862794 Department: Support LDM Priority: Normal Status: Closed
