[LDM #NDJ-862794]: Problems accessing data from Southern Region HQ LDM

Doug, I didn't see anything incorrect except for the LDM user's PATH environment variable. The component "/usr/local/ldm/ldm-6.11.7/bin" should be removed and the component "/usr/local/ldm/bin" is duplicated.
