[LDM #EPR-716496]: Participation in IDD project

It is likely, then, that the installation of the LDM package
failed.  Please send me the files "configure.log", "make.log",
and "install.log" that are described in the LDM installation
instructions.

@INC is a Perl array that contains directories for searching
for Perl scripts.
