[LDM #EPR-716496]: Participation in IDD project

The double slashes in the above (//) should, instead, be a single
slash (/).  What is the value of the environment variable
LDMHOME?  Does the file "/usr/local/ldm/etc/ldmadmin-pl.conf"
exist?
