[LDM #UST-447927]: LDM - LDM 6.4.5 SIGSEGV

There is a bug in all versions of the LDM that can cause a SIGSEGV in a 
downstream LDM if the RPC layer spontaneously decides to close the connection.
This bug if fixed in the latest "beta" version (6.4.6.4), which is available
at

    ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/ldm/beta/ldm-6.4.6.4.tar.Z

The few sites that are running this beta version have not reported any
SIGSEGV problems (which at least one of them was encountering).

I recommend installing the beta version.  I'm going to release it soon.
