[IDV #ODH-242103]: jnlp no longer works

Greetings Ben!

We were able to run the jnlp file just find on Mac OSX and Windows 7. One thing
to check would be if you are running java 7 - if so, the IDV will fail due to 
java 3D
not being compatible with java7. Which os are you using?
