[IDV #DSR-115565]: While opening dataviewer it could not load the data and gave the error described in the message body below

Hi Banu,

This is a example of bad data management. This is not compressed file, should 
not be named as *.gz.
If you want to display it in the IDV, you should download it to local disk, and 
rename it to something without .gz, and load it directly into the IDV.
