[IDV #PNU-535098]: Problem loading Rapid Refresh GriB file from LEAD THREDDS catalog

The opendap url shown in the browser is the html form view. Just strip off the 
".html" at the end
and use that in the IDV. e.g.,:
http://silktree.cs.indiana.edu:25000/thredds/dodsC/N/dc/projects/lead/ldm/pub/other/RUC/13km/0911413000014.grib
