[IDV #PNU-535098]: Problem loading Rapid Refresh GriB file from LEAD THREDDS catalog

The html URL:
http://silktree.cs.indiana.edu:25000/thredds/catalog/N/dc/projects/lead/ldm/pub/other/RUC/13km/catalog.html?dataset=/RUC/13km/0911413000014.grib

is the TDS url for browsing through the dataset and gives you html.

The opendap url:
http://silktree.cs.indiana.edu:25000/thredds/dodsC/N/dc/projects/lead/ldm/pub/other/RUC/13km/0911413000014.grib.html

Allows clients like the IDV to read the actual data.
