Why Climate report CSCN02.CWAO no longer since november 2001?

Hi,

I am annoyed that since december 2001, there is no longer any 
climate bulletin CSCN02 CWAO.
Only CSCN01 CWAO remains. What happened?

OK Christian.

I guess the only other thing I can suggest is that you find out:

What is your ldmd.conf request statement.
What is in the queue of your up-stream LDM's queues for CSCN02 and what is
their request statement.

I cannot believe the CSCN02 bulletins are excluded because of WMO RESOLUTION
40 (http://www.wmo.ch/web/pla/Res40Cg-XII.doc), or the WMO Guideline on
exchange of Met. Data for commercial purposes
(http://www.wmo.ch/web/pla/WMO837.pdf), or bandwidth considerations.

The data must be in the stream somewhere near the top, maybe Anne can help?
