Tom and Bill, 

Sorry for the confusion...

We did not indicate which topology the FNEXRAD should fall under in our
announcement.

The UPC suggests following the NNEXRAD feed topology for FNEXRAD:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/idd/nexradFeed.html

So your request lines should be something like

request NNEXRAD|FNEXRAD ".*" <feedsite>
