The same notifyme command from a machine here at the UPC to Cornell
does not show the same error:  It appears that the allow that Cornell
has in place for you does not include NMC3 (aka FNEXRAD).

So, it looks like an email to the LDM administrator at Cornell is in order.

Even though the UPC is allowed by Cornell, the notifyme command that I
ran did not show the receipt of any FNEXRAD products at Cornell in the
past hour.  This may show that they are not requesting the FNEXRAD feed
from their upstream feed site.
