Hi Mike, It appears from your previous message that you may be in some collaborative agreement currently with the NWSFO in Ft. Worth. We at Unidata have the mission of providing research and education facilities, within WMO region 4, with meteorological data and support for software used to distribute and display this data: http://unidata.ucar.edu/participation/index.html Many NWSFO's are currently using the LDM for data distribution within the NWS and occassionally beyond there domains. Given that it appears you have established a working relationship with Ft Worth, I suggest you arrange with them the possibility of having them be your upstream host. There are also restrictions associated with the data we distribute: http://unidata.ucar.edu/data/data_usage.html I hope this guides you in the proper direction, please feel free to contact me further with any questions. Thank you, -Jeff ____________________________ _____________________ Jeff Weber address@hidden Unidata Support PH:303-497-8676 NWS-COMET Case Study Library FX:303-497-8690 University Corp for Atmospheric Research 3300 Mitchell Ln http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/jweber Boulder,Co 80307-3000 ________________________________________ ______________________ On Wed, 21 Mar 2001, Mike Ridgeway wrote: > Hi, I’m in flight of getting LDM up and running on a Linux box.
