[GEMPAK #UJC-775486]: Trouble plotting Isallobaric wind in Gempak

I believe this error is because GDFILE is looking in your present working 
directory for ruc_20100313_0600.gem and ruc_20100313_0900.gem.  you'll need to 
add the $MODEL/ruc/ path before the file names.
