[GEMPAK #IHX-800332]: GEMPAK question

Hi Nathan,

There is no fully-document and *supported* way of installing and running GEMPAK 
on Windows, but some users have had some success installing GEMPAK with Cygwin 
(http://www.cygwin.com/).

That would be where you should look if you're interested in tackling it 
yourself, but know that Windows is not a supported platform for GEMPAK/NAWIPS 
and Unidata won't be able to offer much help.
