[Support #ZBW-811259]: GDDIAG cannot find input grid

Ellen,

In the make.out file that you attached, it seems you have encountered a problem
with the netCDF library being built.

I've made a patch available that I believe will solve this problem.

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/mjames/gempak/gempak_netcdf_upd_201007.tar.gz

save and uncompress in $NAWIPS
cd to $NAWIPS/extlibs/netCDF/
"make clean"
rm $OS_LIB/libnetcdf.*
"make all"

If this completes without any problems, you should cd to $NAWIPS and run "make
all >& make.out" once again. Please let me know if you encounter any problems
or have any further questions.

Best,

Michael James
