[GEMPAK #IBB-526938]: NSHARP problem

Hi Eric,
I have not seen this problem before. I'm able to view all soundings without a
station ID specified in snstns.tbl, so it's working as intended on my end.
In a previous ticket you said you compiled 5.11.4 on a debian 4 system, is that
still correct?
Unfortunately I don't a debian system to play around with, so I'm left to
diagnose this problem from what information you can provide. I'd guess it's a
compiler flag issue as they can be quite different with debian.
I do have to ask this: if you add the 3-char ID (PHX) to the 74626 WFO_PHOENIX
entry in snstns.tbl, does the sounding plot correctly?
