[Support #ZBW-811259]: GDDIAG cannot find input grid
- Subject: [Support #ZBW-811259]: GDDIAG cannot find input grid

Well, at this point I'm not sure what in gemlib.a isn't being replaced so I
will suggest a full rebuild.
in $NAWIPS
make all >& make.out (this may take several minutes)
make install
and send me back the make.out file and I'll take a look.
