[Support #ZBW-811259]: GDDIAG cannot find input grid

Ellen,

I believe this should work:

cd $GEMPAK/source/gemlib/im/
make clean
ar -d $OS_LIB/gemlib.a imnidh.o
make all
ar -rv $OS_LIB/gemlib.a imnidh.o
cd $GEMPAK/source/programs/gd/gddiag/
make clean all install

try again and let me know!  sorry for all of the trouble - the updated imnidh.f 
isn't rebuilding since it already exists in gemlib.a - this should clear that 
up.
