20040824: NWX window frozen on RHEL 3WS

Daryl,

I see the same behavior on Fedora 1, where the Move option
is taken out of the MWM window manager options, however,
Alt-F7 (which is grayed out in the MWM right click pulldown) 
still allows me to move the window.
