Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back to you. Can you just confirm for me, this
happens no
matter which model and which menu item you choose from the Models Menu?
Have you also tried loading model data from either the Volume Browser
(https://unidata.github.io/awips2/cave/d2d-gridded-models/) or the Product
Browser
(https://unidata.github.io/awips2/cave/d2d-perspective/#product-browser) as
well?
