Can you tell me a bit about your computer? What version of MacOS are you running? Can you send me a screenshot (apple+shift+4) of the "About This Mac" Window, from the Apple menu in the top right? Have you ever successfully loaded model data with a different version of CAVE on this machine? Can you please send me the entire error message outputs (maybe easier in a separate .txt file), from the Alert View tab? Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this!
