Hi there, Let's try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling. I have few quick questions as well though: - Have you ever installed CAVE on this machine prior to the current version that is installed now? - What version of Windows are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11)? To uninstall CAVE, type "Add or remove programs" (without the quotes) into the start bar in the bottom left corner of your screen, and hit enter. This should bring up a new window that lists all the currently installed programs on your system. Find "AWIPS CAVE", click on it and select "Uninstall". After that's completed, let's install the newest version of CAVE (our beta v20) by following these instructions for the "Direct Windows Install": http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave-beta-v20/#windows Now, restart CAVE and try to isentropic pressure resource? If that still has the same behavior, please do the following: - Type "environment variables" in the start bar and hit enter - Take a screenshot of the window that's shown by pressing windows key+shift+s - this will then prompt you to click and drag the area of interest on your screen, after doing so, a preview image will pop up in the bottom right corner. Click on that preview and then use ctrl+s to save it to a location on your machine. Let me know how that goes?
