[AWIPS #JEE-775274]: Loading on MacOS v20

Hi Matt,

It seems I may not have gotten back to you when we put out our last release!
I just wanted to check back in and let you know our last two beta releases 
(versions 20.3.2-0.3 and 20.3.2-0.4) both come with packaged python 
environments that
do not disrupt the host environment.  We just put out 0.4 yesterday, so please 
give 
that a try if you haven't used CAVE since 0.2:
