[AWIPS #JEE-775274]: Loading on MacOS v20

Hi Matt,

Unfortunately, we've jumped the gun a little bit and won't be putting out the 
next update tomorrow.
We ran into a few more hiccups that we're trying to resolve.  But we are 
hopeful to put out a new
update of the Mac Beta within the next few weeks that would fully contain its 
python environment.
Sorry for the premature update!
