[AWIPS #QVY-811835]: Some tools aren’t working/are bugged

Hi there,

Unfortunately, my team member who is more knowledgeable about WarnGen is 
currently out of the office for a few days.  I will consult with her as 
soon as she is back to see if we can get something working for you.  As 
far as the counties, I think that is currently a known bug, and is not 
working in CAVE at the moment.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  I will get
back to you in a few days if I found out more information.
