[AWIPS #XDK-366856]: Missing AWIPS Shared Library

Instead of installing your own EDEX, you can connect to Unidata's using the URL 
edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu as it states in our documentation: 
http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#edex-connection

If you do install your own EDEX, you may be able to connect CAVE, but without 
proper system requirements, LDM connections, and datafeeds you will have no 
data to look at.
