[AWIPS #CXN-854188]: Missing shared library

Hi,

Can you check you /etc/yum.repos/awips2.repo file and see where that it 
pointing? It looks like  you are trying to install el6 versions of AWIPS on a 
RHEL7 operating system. Your repo should be pointing to: 
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/repos/yum/awips2-el7/
