[AWIPS #FWZ-588086]: METAR station plot error

I was wondering if you were able to plot other things.

It looks like you have multiple netcdf rpms installed and AWIPS is pretty 
particular when it comes to netcdf libraries. The only one you need is 
netcdf-4.3.3.1-5.el7.x86_64
