[AWIPS #FWZ-588086]: METAR station plot error

Hi John,

I just installed a CentOS7 VM running 7.8 and was able to install using 
awips_install.sh and load the Metars, so we can rule out the your OS isn't the 
issue. 

I'm wondering if an rpm didn't get installed or there are multiple versions of 
an rpm. Can you run the following commands?

rpm -qa | grep awips2 | sort
rpm -qa | grep netcdf | sort
