[AWIPS #FWZ-588086]: METAR station plot error

We don't package the source code with our releases, but I agree I think it's a 
Java issue some where.

Couple more questions:

What is your output if you run:

"which java"
"env | grep -i path"
"env | grep -i java" 
"rpm -qa | grep java | sort"
