Hi there, Sorry I didn't catch this earlier. The file name should be IUTN03\ KNES-my-file-name.nc The character before the number 3 should be a zero, not O. Try renaming your file and adding it to the /manual/ directory one more time. I'm not sure why the start up options should change which EDEX server is pointed to. You are right, it should point to edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu. I don't know why that would change. Try renaming the file one more time using the filename from above.
