Hi,

I'm sorry this is giving you so much trouble.  Could you please provide
a link to where I can download an example file, or send me one in as an 
attachment?  I'll play around with it here for a bit and see if I can 
get it working.  I think this will be faster than trying to troubleshoot
each step you have to do.
