[AWIPS #UEC-730695]: AWIPS II for OSX CAVE Installation Question

Is this the latest 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/awips2/awips2-cave-osx.dmg (and not the 
first release which is called awips2-cave.dmg?)

I was aware of this happening when running the first release (awips2-cave.dmg) 
without the SDK/JDK installed.  The new file has the JRE bundled which I 
thought took care of this.

So the quick solution is to install 
http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/7u79-b15/jdk-7u79-macosx-x64.dmg

and then try running CAVE again.
