There is a Windows client available from the NWS at 
collaborate2.nws.noaa.gov/partners/ but I do not have a Unidata CAVE client for 
Windows.  I'm going to have to learn how to work with the postscript and MSI 
stuff inside a virtual machine.  I just getting my feet wet with vagrant 
running Windows 7.
