Sorry for taking so long to respond. I was busy putting out a fire with another 
package I support.

Unfortunately, my development workstation is Fedora 14 and there's no yum(1) 
package for autoconf 2.69.

I don't believe that's something I can do.

I've applied the patch. With automake(1), however, I'm not sure how long it 
will remain.
