Hi Ghansham,

A slight correction to my last message:

In a "joinExisting" or "forecastModelRunCollection" aggregation, if the 
"timeUnitsChange" attribute is set to true, the units of the joined coordinate 
variable (time) are allowed to be different.  If NetCDF-Java detects a 
difference, it will convert all time values to match the time unit of the first 
dataset in the aggregation.
