[THREDDS #KOI-970757]: NcML Aggregation

Hi Joaquín,

Currently, it is not possible to use a dimension in a nested group as the 
aggregation dimension. There's no workaround, unfortunately — you just have to 
choose a dimension in the root group (i.e. at the top-level).

I've created a JIRA ticket for this [1]. You can follow it if you'd like to be 
notified of our progress.
