Hello, Unfortunately, we do not provide precompiled binaries for any particular compiler or platform, beyond visual studio compatible files packaged with there Microsoft C run-time. When working with clang and flang, I have never had a problem using the same flags as I use with `gcc`; however, you may want to contact the WRF development team for more specific guidance.
