Good morning, Thanks for reaching out; I think you'll need to add `CC=mpicc` before ./configure, e.g.: $ CC=mpicc ./configure --prefix=(...) I was able to replicate the issue you're seeing, and I was able to resolve it by specifying the same compiler used to compile `pnetcdf`. I hope this helps!
