Hello, NetCDF v4.1.3 is quite old; it looks like the tests which failed are related to an old data server for remote tests. These can be safely ignored, but you might consider contacting the WRF support group and see if they have instructions for using a modern version of netCDF-C and netCDF-Fortran.
