[netCDF #XXY-293846]: netcdf-c version 4.7.4 or greater is required

Hello,

You will need to install netCDF-C version 4.7.4 or later (the current version 
is 4.8.1). These may be downloaded from 
https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases
