[netCDFJava #OCK-908173]: missing javadoc

Looks like ucar.nc2.dt was marked as deprecated in netCDF-Java 4.5 (in favor of 
ucar.nc2.ft), it remains in 4.6 and was removed in 5.0.

The latest 4.x is 4.6.18, the javadocs are here:
https://docs.unidata.ucar.edu/netcdf-java/4.6/javadoc/index.html

The latest 5.x is 5.4.2, the javadocs are here:
https://docs.unidata.ucar.edu/netcdf-java/5.4/javadoc/index.html

Are you looking at upgrading to netCDF-Java 5?
