Hello, We provide the binaries for Windows, which can be downloaded and installed from https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/winbin.html. We do not provide binaries for OSX, but there are a number of package managers (homebrew, macports, conda) which can be used to download and install netCDF without the need to compile and install the code yourself.
