[netCDF #SKP-830821]: NetCDF-c make check fails h5_test

Hello,

Thank you for providing the config.log and test-suite.log files.  The files 
that are failing are those written in pure HDF5, which suggests to me that 
there is either a problem with the libhdf5 install, or that it might be an 
earlier version of the library.  Do you know which version of libhdf5 you 
currently have installed?
