[netCDF #GFQ-732977]: trouble to install NetCDF library

Hello,

You will need to download the HDF5 library with zlib support, available from 
https://www.hdfgroup.org.  Alternatively, if you do not need support for 
netCDF-4, you can pass the option --disable-netcdf4 to 'configure'.
