[netCDF #AVF-792955]: Installing netcdf-fortran requires netcdf-c version 4.7.4

Hi,

Can you tell me where you got this copy of netCDF-Fortran you are trying to 
configure? There should not be a check for netCDF-C 4.7.4 in any versions we 
have released.  Can you provide the config.log file generated when you ran 
'configure'?
