[netCDF #SPI-897445]: Problem Installing netCDF-Fortran 4.4.5

Hello,

When you run 'make check', it should create a file called test-suite.log.  It 
will contain additional information I can use to figure out exactly why the 
test failed.  Can you provide the test-suite.log file from the directory 
containing the tests that failed? Thanks!
