[netCDF #NOD-305573]: Installation of netcdf fail



We will need some information.
1. tell us the arguments you gave to the ./configure command
2. tell us the values of the environment variables LDFLAGS and CFLAGS and 
CPPFLAGS.
3. In the netcdf-c/h5test directory see if you can find a file called
   test-suite.log. If you can find it, please post it along with the above 
information.
