[netCDF #LNA-187062]: netcdf fortran issues while installing the WRF suite

Hi, Ian

I notice in your netCDF 4.6.1 make check results that your install ***Fail: 
Could not locate a usable HDF5_PLUGIN_PATH

Did you do this step?:
Before building netCDF, you may need to add ${H5DIR}/lib to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
environment variable if that lib directory is not searched by default.
